The idea struck while browsing through the watch collection at Smith & Co Jewellers, our family-owned jewellery store in the heart of Welkom. We realized that there was a gap in the market for a platform that celebrates the art of watchmaking, provides expert knowledge, and offers a curated selection of timepieces. As a watch enthusiast and GIA graduate, I've always been fascinated by the intricate mechanics and craftsmanship that go into creating a timepiece. My journey in the world of horology began at the Tissot Academy, where I honed my skills and deepened my understanding of watchmaking. With Watchdial, I aim to share my passion with like-minded individuals and provide a platform for watch lovers to connect, learn, and explore.
