WatchDial.co.za Returns & Refunds Policy

At WatchDial, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return your item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • All tags, protective covers, and original documentation must be intact.

  • You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety, certain items such as watch batteries or custom services (like strap adjustments or repairs) cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Return

  1. Email us at watchdial.za@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, please contact us at watchdial.za@gmail.com

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the issue.
